I'd recommend working through the faults found on the diagnostic check assuming they're fresh codes not historic.
Could it be an injector issue?
-
No I dont Believe it's a direct fit.

You could btry toothpaste. I've heard it works. But the long lasting answer is sanding and lacquering them.

I'd recommend eBay. I think Nokia was the manufacturer of choice with Audi.

Thanks! I'll have a look at them. I found a Milltek one eventually but more than one option would be nice.
Do they have a decent sound to them as well as performance improvement?
You can tailor the exhaust note to how you want.

Hi Steve, do you have a pdf of the wiring install. I going to make my own harness, I've found out the required plugs etc but some of the connection points in the audi wiring I'm unsure about.
I don't unfortunately.

The steering rack was leaking like crazy and made a horrible sound. Buying a used one tomorrow and we will see if that fixes the problem.
Please keep us posted on how you get on 🙂

Yep most dogs clog if only doing short journeys as it doesn't get hot enough to burn off the soot.

A software update might help. It could be the float in the tank that's got stuck maybe.

I think you might be better off taking it to an auto electrican. The wire under the passenger seat could just be loose and would be the easiest thing to check.

I'd recommend you look at powerflow exhausts my brother and friends have used them and had good results

The dealer can do longer road tests, and this is what they should be doing.

I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.

It sounds like there's a leak in the system. The noise could be because the powerfluid pump has ran dry. Definitely worth looking for any areas where it's leaked from.

Wondering if the handbrake or brakes are getting stuck on?

I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.
Have you tried the spare key? I ask as that can help narrow down the issue. If both keys are working then the key isn't the culprit.

Is it at an Audi main dealer?
Might be worth getting an auto electrican to take a look.
I'm wondering if it's an imobilser fault

Sorry to hear of your issue. When was the belt last changed?
I think It should be every 5 years.

The car alarm should have a siren anyway for when it goes off.
