  2. Audi dealers are notoriously expensive when it comes to repairs. Have you tried a local garage/repair shop? I assume such places still exist in the USA.
  3. Ya B rated for noise
  4. That's unfortunate, but has at least eliminated unmatched tyres as the source of the noise, and should give you confidence in them. Did you choose low noise tyres for the replacements?
  5. Perhaps ask David Burch directly. https://www.allbiz.ch/dave-s-garage-041-670-33-18
  6. It seems so Gareth, but you could send an email instead.

  8. Welcome Connor. Most likely a sensor, but would need diagnostics to confirm, and if correct - indenting which one. Regards, Gareth.
  9. Hoping someone can help. Parking aid is not working when in reverse when I hit the button it beeps for like 5 seconds then cuts. Could it be sensors, module or loose wire somewhere. Thanks
  10. Thanks steve q for your time Take care.
  11. Audi stevenage
  12. You're best going off the part numbers
  13. The air suspension sensors can be recalibrated but I shouldn't think you'd need to do that with the work you've had done. https://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/966127-C7-S6-Level-Sensor-Calibration
  14. Seen this, https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a4-b9-platform-discussion-212/apple-car-android-auto-retrofit-into-audi-a4-b9-help-3072361/
  15. Morning Steve Q, Thank you for your quick reply! Yes, but i can only find spoilers for coupes, or the big rear wing types, which i don't want. I have seen the spoiler i want described as a duckbill spoiler. I have found a provider of the one in the image, but the supplier is in the USA and the shipping and import tax make it very expensive!
  16. Hi there After much procrastinating I have decided on a Q5 (was also considering a GLC or volvo XC60) and will likely be going for a 2021 model as my budget is circa £30k. I intend to go for approved used as I am rather risk adverse and value the reassurance it provides. I am having real difficulty deciding which model and of course each salesman has a different take depending on what they want to get rid of. I am female mid 50s and would say I am a boring driver. I value comfort. I cannot say image is not important as if that were the case I would be purchasing a skoda, but it is not uppermost and I think the sport and s-line are both fine looking cosmetically. The s-lines from what I can see are £2k ish more (all other things being equal). So I am really wanting to understand, other than cosmetics, is there anything about the s-line that makes it a better car to drive or one that has better longevity. I have test driven an s-line and a sport but at different dealerships i.e. not one directly after the other which makes it hard to compare. At the time I had not realised they had different suspensions so was not looking out for any difference in smoothness etc and certainly cannot remember any, although the seats felt more supportive in the s-line. Any views re the differences other than cosmetics would be greatly appreciated, or views from anyone who has either model in terms of how you have found comfort and drive. it is very difficult to form much of a view from a test drive.

  19. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch. Have you looked on eBay for food second hand ones?
  20. Ha e you looked on eBay including international sellers?
  21. Hey All, New Audi owner here. I currently have a coolant leak and trying to find the best way to get this fixed. The coolant line that goes from coolant reservoir to back of the engine is separating, causing the leak. Dealership was trying to charge $1209.51 to replace all 3 coolant lines at top of engine as they will separate during repairs due to hear and age of parts. I think it's overpriced so I'm trying to find different avenues. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas on the best way to get this replaced, I really would appreciate it.
  22. Hi Rachel, touch wood it has not happened since I did this. Give it a go 😀
  23. Hi folks. I have a Audi A6 bitdi 2012. Had the front and rear arms replaced and knuckles replaced. Picked it up and now drives really hard, feel every bump etc. Obviously going to take it back but any thoughts on what has caused that. Clearly they have done something wrong. I have been researching and some say on changing suspension parts you have to recalibrate it.
  24. Surprise, surprise Nigel. At least the vet has sight of the patient, albeit it cannot tell him what’s wrong. Forums are expected to diagnose faults without access to the vehicle, and often with vague descriptions of the symptoms. Regards, Gareth.
  25. Not sure if YouTube link works above but this will help, it's literally under the glovebox behind the pollen filter towards left, like three screws and pull the connector and replace. I did that myself and just got the garage to program it like in the YouTube video.
  26. Good evening! I am wondering if anybody knows of where I can get a rear boot lip spoiler for my Audi R8 V10 spider generation 1? Preferably, in a satin finish carbon fibre to match the other OEM carbon fibre parts on the car. Thank you in anticipation.
  27. Hi Andy, I’m having the same issue with my Audi A6 avant (not S Line)! Wanted to see if this has still fixed the issue for you or if it’s reoccurred since? Thank you!
