Jerbear started following Space saver for 2021 Allroad
-
Hi all. I have been through the search functions but still unsure as to what size space saver to get for my Allroad. I see people have bought a 19” and got it to fit in the boot. When checking the rolling circumference of these they do not match the rolling circumference of my 245/45 R 18 wheels and tyres. I assume as a 4 wheel drive , this is more important. The size of the space saver is 125/70 x 19. Any help appreciated
-
Bless ya, please keep us posted on how you get on

You are welcome Andrew, but surely worth walking back to the first bus stop and using some words of introduction, and let the forum know if you want to sell one, or buy one - or something else. Regards, Gareth.

OK folks, newsflash. Ade dropped by a few minutes back, plugged in his scanner (a Snapon multi vehicle with a VCDS connector) but it couldn't find any module related to suspension. Okaaay.....so we discussed the sequence of what actually occurred and in his opinion bearing in mind the age of the car (19 years old this September) he thought it very likely that one (or possibly both) suspension bag had an ongoing leak and the third speed bump just massively increased it, and as the compressor had probably been running near non-stop a failure of the relay and compressor was most likely. He's dropping by tomorrow with a jack that can get under the car, we can hoik the wheels off and have a look at the legs. Stay tuned.

Yes my Dab started losing signal yesterday intermittently, today this pm has completely gone.

Anyone know where the fuel filter is on the 1.5 TFSI 2018 A3? I'm assuming it has one?

A4 B7 2006 convertible roof stuck open keytool not working
elskan replied to rotis23's topic in Audi A4 (B7) Forum
I had the same problem. The key seemed solidly locked when trying to turn it. Strange solution was to press hard on the metal cover of the roof. Press on the outside RIGHT (driver's side UK) while turning the key. That has worked a few times for me. -
im south east brighton they have gone x
-
Hmm, I am in the east of England and - so far - the stations are still there.
-
Thanks Dave, some people toward the Eastern side of the UK seem to be ok so far, but maybe they had replaced their original sound systems; don't know. It could be a regional issue this time, but have no idea, but will call the company that manages the DAB National network tomorrow Arqiva - TV, Radio, Satellite Data Communications & Smart Metering
-
Mine has stopped again. Happened a couple of times last week in Cornwall, about 20 minutes each time. Gone completely about 2.00 pm today in Bedfordshire
-
A friend of mine is a non exec on the advisory board at OFCOM, will message him if Arqiva come up blank

Hi Guys I bought my 2006 3L A4 cabriolet a year ago and starting to have regrets because parts are hard to find. Had to go to Sweden for new front spring. Now wings are rotted with only two new wings left in Europe at over £500 each. Solution is to buy A4 wings and cut out the wheel arch then, treating it as a repair panel, weld it onto the original top wing. Roof will not go down. (works manually with the key) Alarm needs deactivated every time the door is locked. Good news is that the floor under the passenger carpet is bone dry. Bad news is that the windows stick down OR up as they wish. REALLY bad news is that the only CCM available is over £300. 8HO 959 433 M Great news is that it is perfection to drive. Fast and very sure footed. It even knows where I want to go before I do! Indeed just as sure footed as my 60 year old 2CV ('though my 40 year old TVR wins hands down. Off now to dig up a Comfort Control Module. Brian

Hi Liam yep mine are down again too i would imagine that everyone affected by the initial “outage” early April are affected once again
-
I've still got an open case with [email protected] to understand why the last blackout happened. Maybe individual enquiries from each of us would raise their awareness...
-
I suppose it could be a single transmitter gone wonky this time
-
Yes I think it might have been, maybe its a software update at the transmitters
-
Yeah I may give up, no videos will upload no matter what I try
-
Was it exactly 1 month ago that the stations all came back?
