If I buy a basic 2014 a3 8v. Can I upgrade the radio to a pop up type and fit the hand controls by gear stick and steering wheel without much stress?also Want bluetooth.

If anyone has done it any advice would be Good

There is a another car go show room with the bits but 3000euros more

I thought the 8v had the pop.up screen as standard? My dad had an se version which had it. If you are upgrading to another Audi radio then the steering wheel controls etc will.work, but if you.go for an aftermarket radio then they most likely won't work.
