Navigation maps for Cyprus

I have  AUDI Q5 2009 model with the navigation plus.

The problem I have is that AUDI for this model year have not made any updates for the maps and I need to find a way to install the CYPRUS map on my navigation.

I have on the navigation plus 2 SD card slots and a it is installed with a 30Gb HDD .

Does anyone know how to find any Cyprus maps to install on my car.
