Hard drive fault - help

Featured Replies

I have a RS4 which has an issue with the media and Sat NAV which has been diagnosed as a hard drive fault. I am aware from other forums that owners have had issues with the MMi system previously however Audi UK are saying it not a repeating fault.

The car is less than 6 years old and has only complete 53k miles.

Has anyone suffered the same or similar issue with their Audi?

Thanks

When you plug in vcds what faults are showing ?

Media and the SAT NAV are only affect components. I took it to Audi main dealer, they have re booted the system, then uploaded the latest software however the system appears to be reloading then fails. They have said it needs a new hard drive. £3800 to replace.
