Will a dpf filter clog or block up doing 10,000 roughly a year? Do they have a self cleaning on it? Looking in buying a audi a3 2l tdi s line but unsure about filters. Thanks

Hello and welcome to the forum Craig.

 DPF filters usually clog up due to short journeys not allowing the regen to work correctly.  Mileage isn't really a factor it's how  the engine has been run. Should the DPF warning light show then a simple procedure can be carried out to clear it so don't worry too much.
