A6 3.2 quattro fault codes

I am slowly resurrecting a 2005 A6 3.2 quattro which has stood for 2 years -

Obviously its had to have a new battery - removed all plugs and did compression tests - everything was in order -

She fired first turn of the key!!!

A tiny bit lumpy but hey - she started!

I have managed to get rid of 99% of the fault codes, but I need a bit of help with the following:
