What you're experiencing should be normal:- Is it the fan or the Coolant After-Run Pump? The Pump protects the Turbocharger by circulating Coolant after you've stopped driving. It should turn itself off automatically, a few minutes after your switch off the ignition. If the fan or pump keeps running forever, Scan for fault codes. Look closely at the electrical connections. Check the Relays.
