STAGE 1 REMAP - A4 B6 1.8T S-LINE CONVERTIBLE

Hi, I've recently joined trying to find any owners of the above who have had a stage 1 ECU remap. i know there are several threads on here for different models who may have used companies such as AMD, Quantum, Revo, hyperchips, etc etc but ideally it would be good if someone can recommend a garage (within 50 miles of surrey) where there have been no problems such as burst pipes, failed coils, error lights on the dash etc etc.. i don't intend to drive the car hard and be quick away from the lights, just want a smoother quicker acceleration when in 4rd or 5th gear driving on the motorway when either overtaking or pulling over.
