4 bar map sensor help.

Featured Replies

Hi guys I'm at real logger heads ATM and hoping someone's done the same and can point me in the right direction.

I've got a hybrid turbo installed on my 3.0 tdi (bmk) and have done all the supporting mods required ie. Cat, exhaust, inlet, intercooler etc.

I needed to get a 4bar map sensor as now it's been remapped to stage 3 it's requesting 3 bar of boost and the standard 2.5 bar map sensor wouldn't be up for it.

I got a Bosch 0 281 006 059 sensor and installed it ( big pain ) so turned car on and instantly limp mode, vnt vanes all the way open.

Took it to get remapped to work with the sensor and he did "everything he could" but nothing still limp mode. I've included pictures of what vag com is showing if anyone can tell me where I'm going wrong.
