Hi, wondered if anyone has come across this before. Seems someone has intentionally damaged both my wing mirrors. The mirrors rotate freely where they attach to the side of the car then snap into place at top and bottom (see video). Any idea what they would have done and what would be required to repair it? 

This might sound stupid but when they are in the up position have you tried using the motors to lower them.  I know it sounds like a silly response its just that they lock at the top and the bottom of the movement?
