Hello, 

so I purchased a C8 Avant from New a couple of weeks ago and my question for now is simple! Should I have received the Luggage System Bars as standard. 
 

I do have the tie down clips that push to fit into the rails in the boot floor - but no telescopic or silver rigid bar? There is a space for them in the Inserts under the boot cover but not there? Like the ones in the link above!

I did not receive them either so not sure if they come with the car.
