A8 Rear armrest swap

Hi all, I have an A8 SE Executive but it only has the standard armrest and not the one with climate control & heated seats etc. 
 

if I found one with these controls can I swap them and I was hoping there would be a connector that would make the buttons work, I appreciate I probably won’t have heated seats but I’d like the rest. 
 

Is this possible?

Interesting  as I have one with the 4 zine climate  control but no heated seats rear , I was wondering  if I add the Heated seat buttons  would it work ?
