Help with head unit

Hi there I’ve just bought An A4 avant sline, it still has the standard head unit which doesn’t have music streaming or dab. I’m looking to upgrade it. Is there any that will work with the current screen? Any help and ideas welcome.

I get the dreaded 'Unreadable' message when I insert a CD.  Apparently the best option is to replace it but probably a good option is to upgrade while I'm at it.....
