turbo actuator 3.0tdi

I've a a6c6 2009 3.0tdi Le Man , went in to limp mode and came up with p3348 code  , I had the actuator changed 3 years and 16000 miles ago along with the turbo re furbished

the turbo is a BorgWarner and actuator is a triple k siemens . I've been told the actuator can be repaired !! any one had this done ? I'm in Barnsley  but willing to travel 50 miles or so 

Or does anyone know any one who could fit and code a new actuator near me obv not silly prices

A6 S Line Le Mans Quatt A

i have the same car, 2007 plate A6, 3.0, TDI, S Line, Le Mans Edition, Quattro, and i have the same problem, intermittent limp Mode which loses power while driving, and i have the same error code, p3348, 

Any help?
