LED Fog light replacement

Featured Replies

Has anyone replaced the standard yellow halogen fog lights with LED's?  I would like the colour to match the headlights LED surround.  I've heard reports saying if you get too bright LED's, they dont work in poor conditions as thefog/rain/snow simply reflects back at you.  Does anyone know of some replacement LED's which arent too bright and match the colour of the main headlights?

I was recommended to try Philips 12794UNIX2 X-tremeUltinon LED for colour and brightness, but they are no longer available.
Someone also suggested deAutoLED dual colour LED's as they have both white and yellow capability for when visibility is really bad (but they are pretty expensive!)

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks.
