Front and rear washer jets/pumps not working

Hi everyone.I have a problem with the front  and rear washer not working.The pumps are not working at all.I was looking for a fuse or relay but cannot find it on the left, right side fuse box or in the boot as well.I read many forums but could not find the answer so far.They mentioned fuse 37 but I do not know if I have it or where it is located.I have a fuse for the wipers which are working but I wonder is there a fuse for  the washer pumps and where it is located.The car is audi A4 avant 2011.Thank You!
