Help with wing mirror repeater issue

Hi all

I need some help with the wing mirror repeater on my 2007 Q7.

The repeater works but VAGCOM tells me there is an error and i am getting that annoying alert whenever i start the car so i presume there is some sort of resistance problem telling the brain it is not working.

I took the mirror apart today, does anyone know where i can buy just the LED module part that sits inside the repeater reflector body?
