So with that in mind, has anyone got any experience of using good quality magnetic sump/gearbox/differential oil plugs ? I’ve done this before on a long term Volvo V50 D5 and it made large mileage with no engine or gearbox issues. If anyone has done this before please let me know which magnetic plugs it was. Thanks.
