They are 9Jx19H2 ET32

Googling seems to bring up A5 and similar. Just want to make sure when I sell them I make an accurate description, nothing worse selling something that they are not !

nope they are , Audi 19" A8 4H Rims.

nice rims on the right car with the right profile tyres.

Fitting audi a8 rims is very doable but not those.

Anyone looking to do such a mod on an A4 B7 or S4 etc should lookout for 8.5j 19" rims from an S8 such as these.

After 8 years ownership and the same tinkering/repairing with my B7 I'm just starting to get somewhere with info etc, but only scratching the surface to be honest, the tip of a very big iceberg.
