Hi everyone, I need your help. So I was driving my 2011 b8 TDI 2.0 and I heard a noise coming from the engine, but a first I didn't think it was my car. It was a knocking noise then all I a sudden black smoke was seen coming from the exhaust and the knocking noise came back. Anyone know what the problem is? Help much appreciated

Hi the only way is to get the car scanned for faults it could be anything from injectors to big end failure.
