Hi everyone.. 

Have picked up a battered old A3 8p and due to the bonnet release cable being replaced by the wrong one it looks as though the bonnet has been forced shut numerous times and due to this the bonnet has war wounds towards the edge so looking for something to cover this and was thinking maybe a bonnet bra would do the job?

Good place to start would be EBay. You could also consider a better secondhand bonnet - again via. an EBay search and registering your ‘want’ on the car breaker websites such as Partsfinder - there are more.

Thank you for your reply, I've tried eBay and there's nothing in my area unfortunately bonnet wise 😔 and outside of my area would prove to be too costly to send. eBay do have the bonnet bra's ( New )  but would of preferred used to keep the cost down 😉 during this crazy time where everything in the world costs the earth..
