Any advice got audi a5 59plate

Driving along on motorway coil ignition light came flashing on and off, went into limp mode then cut out ... tried firing back up and it just turns over doesnt start and shakes whilst trying to turn it over i don't have diagnostic unfortunately anyone can advise what should I doo next apart from get a reader. 

Been looking and 2 things that has come up exhaust pressure sensor or crank shift sensor .. ?

I don’t see any viable alternative to getting fault codes read.

I've changed exhaust pressure sensor no change ... Next step I'm getting a reader saves money time and effort .. Will let you know

You are now a victim of throwing money at it in the hope that you may solve it Liam.

Even a cheap code reader may not find it, but worth a try I suppose.

Car is parked up at my father's in skewen, I'm living in bridgend mate. 

I've managed to get a proper diagnostic reader from a family member will plug it iin hopefully it'll tell me exactly what's up with it mate
