Audi 80 92 Roof Cleaning Advice

Hi,  Recently had my Audi 80 serviced after it's been sat for 2 years. Now it's time to give her a good clean. 

Can anyone advise me on what the best thing to use to clean the roof.  Need something to remove the mold and bird !Removed! without causing damage or decolouration to the roof so I can then re-seal.
