I have an issue where bluetooth drops out occasionally, for around 10 seconds then comes back on again. I've done some digging on line and have learnt that an MMI update can sometimes cure this issue. It appears to be a common issue with Navigation Plus head units. How do I find out what firmware version I have (MMI S4). I suspect that the firmware hasn't been updated for years, so it would be good to sort this annoying issue out.
