No enries available call list drivers cockpit why ?

Hello i cant seem to get my call list up on my new car 73 plate audi a3 ive literally done most things but pops up for a second my call list then dissappears and says no entries available  does anyone know a solution?

Any possibility that "Favourites" is the selected option in the cockpit display and you haven't set any favourites yet? The change list button on the steering wheel left hand side that's used to bring up the context menu for the current display would swap between the calls list and the favourites list.
