Having spoken to Audio,and told its £305.00 and they require the car, to install update file. Can anyone recommend a cheaper reliable {safe} route please ! Entwood Posted February 4 Share Posted February 4 I used Satnavishop.co.uk to update my 2014 A6 allroad with 3G+ MMI. "David" was extremely helpful, answered every "help" email within an hour, and they sorted all the hiccups easily. Hiccups were unusual, it seems, as some other work had resulted in some of the MMI already being updated, but no-one knew... least of all me. !! Hammie1982 Posted February 4 Share Posted February 4 Ive just updated my own, from the thenavman.com. I updated MMI Software, Vehicle software and Maps. Whole update took about 3 hours and was very simple. I think the whole update cost me about £69.99. Its a 2009 A8, if i wanted Android Auto or the apple equivelent, i would need to change the unit to something newer. (which i wont rule out yet. its always a possibility for me!
