Just purchased my A4 Avant MY14, the maps for Europe are downloaded onto the software but no SD card is in the either slot. When going to start navigation, system will say "destination is in the direction shown" (or something along them lines) BUT the map will not show a route or directions, it will hover my curser over Greenland of all places. and when I move the curser to the UK it still wont show. its like it knows the destination but wont show me the route.

DAB and normal radio and telephone working fine so I don't think its antenna but might be wrong. Please let me know your thoughts as its baffled us.
