Help Needed - 2013 Audi A4 Avant S-Line MMI 3G+ Stuck on Spl

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I'm having a serious issue with my 2013 Audi A4 Avant S-Line MMI 3G+. Recently, I went into the green engineering menu to make some adjustments, and now my MMI is stuck on the splash screen.

Here are the details of my problem:
  • The MMI is stuck on the splash screen.
  • All the buttons work.
  • The radio works.
  • Bluetooth works.
  • I can't see my rearview camera feed.
I believe I might have messed up some settings in the green menu, but I'm not sure which ones or how to revert them back to the original state.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on how to fix this. Any step-by-step instructions or references to similar issues would be incredibly helpful.

Thank you in advance for your help!
Here is a script I ran with a log from Dr.GeR that shows the logs of the MMI.
