Hello,

I have made several unsuccessful attempts to update the maps,

I was with the old 2018 version...

I downloaded the latest one, but when starting an update, it loads up to 4% and gives an error!

I downloaded an older version, waited 1 hour, got to 70% and gave an error again.

the end result is that navigation doesn't work....

Has anyone been bumping their head with these cards? 🙂

Mine always auto updated over the air. Are you using an SD card?

Personally I only ever used the Audi navigation a couple of times I found It pretty rubbish.

For the last 3 years I’ve nearly always used Google maps or Waze via CarPlay depending on whether I’m using it for actual navigation or general traffic alerts.

That would be my recommendation.
