Fuel filler flap.

Featured Replies

So today after washing my car I was unable to open the fuel filler flap, after a bit of brute force I managed to get it open. Now it won’t close properly, it looks like the latch has had it, where is best to get a replacement? And how easy are they to fit?

cheers.

Hi the best place to get a new locking mechanism is on eBay they do O.E. and aftermarket depending on your budget, if you go on YouTube there are plenty of videos on the subject, only other advice is give the new unit a good coat of silicon  grease about every six months then it wont happen again.

Steve.
