Audi 100 2.0 E (AAD) Hose from valve housing

Hose from valve housing is broke and cant find new spare part. Does anyone know where to get that hose, or its part nr?

I have asked my local mechanic but he cant solve this issue either.

As you have discovered, there are few parts available for a 32 year old car. I suggest you try Ebay in the first instance. If that fails I believe there are companies that can fabricate new hoses at considerable expense.

I could not find anything similiar on Ebay or any other sites, but i read that you could use some sort of tube that fits over the broken hole, and then with  heat shrink over it to make it airtight. Do you think that would be a solution that will work?

I think it unlikely that sort of repair would withstand the temperature and pressure of the cooling system for very long.

Have you considered having one made as I suggested earlier? Kev pointed out this company in the UK, but possibly there are similar companies in Denmark?

Here were i live making things custom is really hard to have done here in Danmark, i live close to germany maybe it would be easier to find a company that would be able to do that there.

It's worth looking. Postage from Germany would be less than from England, plus I assume Denmark is part of the EU, or at least in the Schengen zone, so import duty will not exist.
