Aux port stopped working

Featured Replies

Hey, new here ! My aux port has stopped working, used to think it was dodgy leads but after buying so many and they all stop after a while,I  realised it’s the port, so have removed it,  however, my question is,  can I replace it with any aux port for an a3 or must it be mine in particular ? As iv found loads with the part number starting 8j on eBay but none 8e which is what mine shows … are they vastly different ?the cigarette socket has also never worked, not a fuse issue, am going to replace that too .. but the aux port is my main issue, anyone shed any light ? Much appreciated 🙂
