Hi everyone, I’m new to the forum. Nice to e-meet you all.

I was wondering if you could help. I’m looking at replacing my brake pads and was wondering would are the best ones or highly recommended ones to get. I’ve heard a lot about Brembo pads but any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I think the first question to ask is would you describe your driving style as ‘enthusiastic’, and so above average ‘ brakes dependable’?

Due to UK roads and the constant speed limits I wouldn’t say I’m enthusiastic (as much as I would love to be). It’s my daily driver and I have two children so it’s responsible I would say with the occasional foot down in straight line.

I have used Brembo to good effect for family motoring driving style. I respect that others will have varying opinions and recommendations. 
I take it you will appreciate you will need to measure the current disc thickness, and evaluate whether they will still be within the minimum specified thickness at the end of your new pad life. 
Ideally renew them along with the pads.

Well worth doing an EBay search for competitive prices from reputable sellers.

Thank you so much. I just recently replaced the pads with Brembo’s front and back and they seem to be working a treat. I ended up getting them from ECP in the end. Thank you very much for the recommendation.
