Can't play CD's, Intermittent Radio sound, no Bluetooth.

My 2007 A6 3.0TDI Quattro, has lost it's ability to play CD's. The radio only has  intermittent sound, the Bluetooth has ceased to work, and quite a few menu options on the set up of the car and its features have become unavailable. 

I have tried and tried to reset the system, but it wont allow me to do it. When you try and select lots of the options, it keeps jumping back to the previous one.

I suspect the MMI PCB might be at fault, and I have looked for a replacement, but I cannot find anywhere that can supply one for a RHD A6.... There are loads of PCB's for LHD A6's...... Can anybody help Please??
