Rs3 8p gearbox lash noise maybe?

I’ve been getting this noise as the car downshifts into first gear and is louder when in sports over drive however still present, the same noise can be heard if i go from reverse to drive and vice versa

i had this on my cupra and changed the gearbox and flywheel and it was still present. Anyone with an rs3 got the same noise?
