A5 Ambient Lighting Fault

Featured Replies

Afternoon all,

I've got the ambient light package as part of the features on my 2017 A5 B9.

I've got an issue where the white lights in the door handles work (outside and inside) but the RGB lighting for the Line Accents have stopped working, Although the Lines in the cupholders are working correctly? Footwell lights and outside doorhandle lights work correctly. The White LED's in the inner doorhandle pulls also illuminate.

I've tried playing around with the presets and individual settings in the MMI and altering the brightness and reselecting as someone suggested in a post on an alternate forum, but I'm having no luck. Also tried all of this with the headlights in the OFF/Auto/Sidelight & On position.

It's worth noting I've coded Lane Assist and Auto High Beam this weekend. Although, I can confirm that the line lights in the door were working after these alterations, but stopped yesterday evening strangely.

Does anyone know if there's any fuses that run the Ambient lighting circuits?
