No longer able to change camera view after recall update.

Featured Replies

Hi folks,

Hoping someone with a lot more know-how than me may be able to help.

My 74 plate A3 BE was recently recalled for an update, which I was hoping would be for the MMI.  Turned out to be a more generalised update for "Interconnected systems".  Since the update, I can no longer change the view on my rear camera.    The icons to switch from wide angled, kerbside, view to normal view still appear on the MMI screen, however selecting them no longer has any effect, other than making the ‘click’ sound to confirm selection.

I have tried performing a full factory reset to the MMI, but this has only resolved some of the many other problems I’ve had with the MMI since new.  No doubt temporarily.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated before I bite the bullet and book back in with the dealer.

Thanks
