headlamp adjustment for European driving

We are taking our A3 Convertible 2017 (facelift) to France in a few weeks and I am unable to find out if the headlamps auto adjust (as they do on our 2022 A4).

I have found some info which suggests that this is dependent on whether they are LED or Xenon with turning lights. However, this info also refers to an adjuster found in the vehicle settings in the MMI. I have checked, and there is nothing in the MMI.

A/Will the lights auto adjust?

B/ If not, do they need to be adjusted by a dealer, or is it possible to put headlamp deflectors on.

If anyone has experience with this, please let me know.

I guess you have been and gone by now, I have LED on my 2014. The setting is systems/car systems/vehicle settings/exterior lights/ lights for driving on the right. Be aware it deactivates some LED's so that the overall range is slightly diminished, cheeky really, I thought it would activate alternative LED's

Is anybody having trouble charging with Octopus Go. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my A3 to charge without success. I have at octopus's suggestion fitted a new 12v Battery (new battery was coded to the car) and that night full charge was successful. Since then small amount of charge or nothing. I have switched off the car timers as Octopus suggest to no avail. Interestingly after a failed charge one of the timers has changed to a random date in the future. Communication with the car does

Hi I'm selling my 1999 audi avant 1.9tdi would anybody in the club be interested in it. It has got 226100 miles on the clock but starts first time and drives very well. On the last MOT it had an advisory on an oil leak on the front of the engine .it's just had a rear caliper and pads fitted ,also a rear back box but now it has an abs fault showing on the dash MOT till 8TH of September it's white in colour the body work is in very good condition for a car of that year it has some minor blemishes

Hi all, I have bought my wife a 2019 Audi TT RHD which she loves. I wanted to transfer the car cam from her old car to the Audi but I cant find the fuse box in the car. The manual says in the RHD model the fusebox is hidden behind a panel in the back of the glovebox but there doesnt seem to be a panel as shown in the manual. Hi everyone, After standing for a couple of weeks the car will not start. It turns over normally, no trouble codes are present so trying to trouble shoot the fueling. Tracked down the fuel pump relay to the left hand plenum electrical box ( relay part no: 8Z0 951 253 ) If I bridge pins 30 and 87 (thick red and green ) the fuel pump runs, pumping around half a litre in a few seconds at the fuel filter. The thin red/blue has 12v on it when the ignition is on, from what I red the ECU should

The MMI screen in my 2017 A3 (8V??) won't go up anymore. For a while it's been making a weird noise sometimes when the car starts and the screen is moving up as the system starts up. It seemed to be a mechanical noise, like something was rubbing against something, or a gear with grinding, but it was really hard to pinpoint. I'm trying to resolve an issue with the drivers seat not heating. I have error code 01854 after scanning with VCDS. Has anyone had their seat apart to try and resolve this, which I assume is a broken wire in the heating mat? I'm currently going through the wiring diagram, but having an issue finding one of the connectors. The one in question is T8c, an 8-pin connector under the drivers seat, which I can't find. I can find the 2-pin T2aa and the 6-pin T6e one, but can't check for continuity as I

Hi, I'm Pat and I own a Q3 - I have joined today. What is the required period for replacement of the timing belt. Hi all I’m having issues with my auto gearbox. The tcu got fried because of water damage from the drain being blocked. I got another gearbox from fitted it still no joy. I’ve been told the fluid transmission pump had failed. Can any help or advise me on what I can do or does anyone have another gearbox? Thanks Gary

I have a green Audi A4 T reg, which has been in my garage for a couple of years. A couple of things need attention like the drivers seat spring, exhaust is rattling a bit and the odd scratch outside. I disconnected the battery when I put in the garage and now all it is doing is collecting dust. Hi All I have a Q5 Audi TFSI 2018 Petrol with around 72,000 miles on it. I bought it 4 years ago from an Audi main dealer in Epsom. Its has a full Audi service history. Hi, I'm new to this forum. I have an audi a4 b9 avant 2.0tdi s line. I have had a brake servo restricted please return to workshop message appear on dashboard along with start stop not working please return to workshop. This has been intermittent over last week.
