Sheffield Col Posted Monday at 01:17 PM Posted Monday at 01:17 PM Hi, can anyone tell me the correct wheel diameter for the 2013 A3 2.0 diesel. What would the size be from the factory, would it be 17 inch or 18 inch ? ,
Magnet Posted Monday at 05:53 PM Posted Monday at 05:53 PM Do you own this Colin, and do you have a handbook for it? If so, the wheel diameter options should be given there. My feeling is there will be a choice between 17 and 18 and possibly more. If you really want to know what it left the factory with then you will need to get a copy of the build record via. the VIN. Walking into a dealer Parts section may provide you with this. Regards, Gareth.

Magnet Posted Tuesday at 08:19 AM Posted Tuesday at 08:19 AM Thanks Colin, The handbook should give you choice which was available, but will not tell you what the car was fitted with at build. Just wondering why you want to know, and what the car is fitted with now. Regards, Gareth.
Sheffield Col Posted 11 hours ago Author Posted 11 hours ago When she got the car it was fitted with 18 alloys she never really liked them but put up with them because they were on the car. last week she kerbed one and damaged it, the guy at the tyre fitters said it's fubar, and they are cheap copies. he said he had some genuine Audi Alloys but they were 17's so she got them fitted. That's the reason for the thread.
Magnet Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago OK Colin, now we understand. I would be surprised if 17 wasn’t standard/ available option. Now you need to check the hand book/ inside fuel filter cap to ensure that is correct, and that the tyre width and profile match what is specified, and the tyre pressures are set to the required pressure Please let us know how you get on. Regards, Gareth.
