Possible to tune/code a higher idle RPM like newer Audi's?

Featured Replies

Afternoon all,

I hope we're all keeping well! I'm looking at getting a C7.5 RS7, but really like the idle RPM increase when Dynamic mode is selected in newer Audi's. It's a big ball on the B9 RS4's park, which is also something I'm cross-shopping for.

Is this something that can be reliably coded/tuned in to the RS7? Has anyone done this before?

Anything you'd like to answer, please do let me know :)

Why do you want to do that?

Mostly for the sound benefit! It also benefits performance (I'd assume) since the revs are higher, the turbos are spooled more from the get go.

But yeah, I'd say sound, mostly 🙂
