So I have an A5 convertible and have had the mechatronic box repaired at a cost of 1500 quid.. audi didn't do it as it would of been 5g 😱..I can travel about 30 miles and if I hit traffic it comes up with a fault?? So I put it in park switch ignition off for about 10 seconds and switch back on and the fault has gone.. will travel fine until I hit traffic again then will fault again.. so I do the same thing and fault has gone.. my daughters boyfriend is a mechanic and it's beyond him.. we've had his vagcom on it and come up with to much pressure in clutch 1 or 2.. so just wanted to see what sort of feed back I can get from here.. I have posted pictures of what im getting on the dash sometimes it will say no reverse.. so if someone knows about this problem then please help.. as im at the end of my teather with it now as I get so anxious when hitting traffic and really can't take it any distance..

Take it back to whoever repaired the mechatronic. I presume there is a guarantee on the work.

Is this cowboy going to refund the £1500 you paid him?

I suggest you find a gearbox specialist in your area rather than an Audi dealer.

Evidently Jay no longer wants any advice so I shall stop watching the topic.

No refund.. he is an independent audi vw specialist.. I'm actually trading car next week for a t-roc.. so not my problem anymore.. but thanks for all your advice 🙏
