Good evning all.  I see others have struggled with this question over the years.

Is Audi still the only company in the UK that can update the SatNav? (£500!) Is there no independent companies?

I couldn't find one, and the only online company I tried to contact didn't reply.

I've also struggled identifying the correct SD card(s) that's needed, so don't feel confident I would identify teh corrct product.

If anyone can direct me to a person or company that can provide a service, that would be fantastic.

I contacted them and they were able to provide me with 2024 maps for my 2010 A5.

Might be worth a conversation with them?

The website looks good.  I'll try it and provide feedback on how it turned out.

One thing - when/if you order ask them for the install instructions as it is quite a lengthy but straight forward process and you will need to follow instructions to the letter in my experience of doing mine - works well though!

Your recommendation was very good.  The website were helpful and responded quicker than most.

But I've now decided to not proceed as the installation instructions were up to 19 pages long.  It's clear and easy to follow, but I don't feel confident or able to take the risk of getting the installation wrong.  Because the installation requires working in the Engineering Menues, for me the the risk of getting it wrong is too high.

I'm sure for others who have more experience with working in this are, this won't be a problem.
