front camera in grill

Featured Replies

hi everyone my car A4 b9 s line 2021. Can anyone give me advice if i purchase a front camera for the grill . 1. is the car already wired to accept a camera on the grill/corners of bumper ?. 2. if so can the software be changed in the mmi to accept and change to other views.

I believe that a new module is required for front camera as it’s part of the 360 system that would add mirror cameras also, never came across a Audi with the wiring in place for this that doesn’t have cameras factory fitted, rear camera can be installed without any new module though

hi sid got the rear camera already as part of the reverse package. whats the module?

I did look into it myself but just fitted the reverse camera as by far the most usefull

i would agree, to much wiring i think would be involved. i`ll just stick with reverse.

many thanks
