Speed dependant volume

Ive been trying to figure out how to turn off the speed dependant volume on my 2014 a3 s-line, but when i navigate the MMI system, there is no option for this. I cant find any actual solutions to this online. Can anyone advise on how to turn it off?

Sorry can’t help with op question but , does this function work based on electronically reading the cars speed or is there something in the car which picks up the actual noise level in the cabin ?
