NKP Gearbox Repair/ Replacement/ Refurbishment

Hi all,

I'm looking for some help regarding an NKP gearbox for my 2012 C7 3L TDI A6.

Firstly, I'd like to make sure that my gearbox code is actually NKP. I'm pretty sure it is, but a transmission company in Peterborough has told me it's an LAV gearbox (this shows as being a model for 1.8 TFSIs) by going off the reg. I've attached a photo of the manufacture label to make life easy.

Secondly, if I'm right and it is an NKP gearbox, I'd like to look at getting the gearbox repaired or replaced. Would anyone have any recommendations for who to go to in the East Midlands area for either repair, refurbishment, or even a good breakers who might be able to help me source one.

i have the same model audi a6 2012 plate and it has a CVT gearbox. i keep having gearbox malfunction coming up its going in to driver transmissions birmingham on monday 18/5/26 to sort out the problem the fault code im getting is P0851
