Help!! Is this normal?

My Audi A1 makes this whirring sound when the key is in the ignition but the engine isn’t on. Once the engine is on you can’t hear it. I assumed it was the fan but I want to make sure.

Which engine?

The engine isn't on, but is the engine cold or does it make this noise when turned off while it's still hot after running it?

My best guess now is the afterrun electric coolant pump...
