Dampness in Passenger side rear footwell

Featured Replies

Hello all, I know this is question had been asked probably a million times however I’m not sure where to look now. The problem am having is that the inside of the passenger side rear footwell is damp to the touch, I’ve removed the rear carpet and notice the ingression of water. I can’t find where it’s coming from. I’ve removed the 2 seals/grommets under the panel underneath the front/rear doors and notice the padding in both the front and rear passenger side are holding water however the front of the passenger seat carpet is dry. I don’t have a sun roof and Ive cleaned the scuttle panel of debris and leaves, I’m just not sure where to look next
