Q4 E Tron, problem after Navigation & Infotainment upgrade

Title: Q4 e-tron 2022 (3812) – Climate stuck on LO after Audi Connect / Nav activation

Hi all,

I’m trying to find other UK Q4 e-tron MY2022 owners on software 3812 who have experienced the following fault:

After Audi activated paid Navigation / Audi Connect / Infotainment, the climate control will only decrease temperature and remains permanently stuck on “LO”.

All controls are affected (screen, buttons, steering wheel).

My dealer is currently diagnosing this as a “control board failure”, however the fault appeared immediately after Audi’s digital feature activation, so I’m trying to establish whether this is actually a software / MIB3 parameter issue rather than hardware.

If you’ve had:

• The same LO-only temperature fault

• A successful repair (especially software based)

• A dealer who fixed it properly

I would really appreciate hearing which dealer you used and what the actual fix was.

Thank you.

Any help would be help resolve this dispute
